TERMS AND CONDITIONS General Rental Terms and Conditions – Les Villas Langlois These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for accommodation offered by Les Villas Langlois. By making a booking, the guest agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking A booking becomes confirmed once it has been validated and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit has been received. The guest agrees to provide accurate information regarding their identity, contact details, dates of stay and the number of people staying at the accommodation.

2. Prices and Payment The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of booking. All prices are stated in euros. Any additional charges applicable to the stay, such as cleaning fees, tourist tax or optional services, will be communicated to the guest before the booking is confirmed. Payment methods and payment deadlines are those communicated at the time of booking.

3. Accommodation Capacity The number of guests staying at the accommodation must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated at the time of booking, unless prior approval has been obtained from Les Villas Langlois.

4. Check-in and Check-out Check-in and check-out times and procedures will be communicated to the guest before the start of the stay. Guests are required to respect the specified times and to inform Les Villas Langlois in the event of any delay or difficulty regarding their arrival.

5. Use of the Accommodation Guests agree to use the accommodation, its furniture and equipment responsibly and peacefully, and to respect the neighbourhood. The accommodation must be used for its intended purpose and left in a reasonable condition at the end of the stay. Any damage, breakage or issue noticed during the stay must be reported to Les Villas Langlois as soon as possible. Facilities provided, including swimming pools, hot tubs, outdoor equipment and any other facilities specific to each property, must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided.

6. Security Deposit Where a security deposit is required, its amount and terms will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking. In the event of damage, missing items or costs attributable to the guest, all or part of the security deposit may be retained in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Cancellation or Modification of the Stay The cancellation, modification and refund conditions applicable to the booking are those communicated to the guest at the time of booking. These conditions may vary depending on the accommodation, period, selected rate or booking channel. Where a booking is made through a third-party platform, the terms and conditions applicable to the booking made through that platform will apply.

8. Guest Liability The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by any person accompanying them during the stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring the proper use of the accommodation and all facilities and equipment provided. Les Villas Langlois cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings, except where Les Villas Langlois is legally liable.

9. Pets Rules regarding pets depend on the accommodation booked. Guests must comply with the information provided in the property listing and obtain prior approval from Les Villas Langlois where required.

10. House Rules Guests and anyone accompanying them agree to comply with the house rules of the accommodation and with any additional instructions communicated before or during the stay. Any behaviour causing significant disturbance to the neighbourhood or compromising the safety of people or property may result in measures being taken in accordance with applicable regulations and contractual terms.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a difficulty or dispute, guests are encouraged to contact Les Villas Langlois first in order to seek an amicable solution. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
